Policy and Payment Process

Supporting People – Schedule of Payments

Set out below are the dates when the provider must inform the Supporting People Team of changes to individuals in their service.

The Supporting People payment runs and the periods covered for 2007/08 are printed below. If the provider is paid by BACS, please allow an approximate seven day period from the date of the payment run before the payment is credited to the relevant bank account.

Cheque payments should arrive with the provider after two to three days, however these will need to be presented to the bank and therefore subject to the normal clearing period.
