* C Card Scheme
The C-Card concept has been operating in other areas for a number of years and is seen as a good way for young people to access free condoms easily. Young people are given a C-Card (credit card size card) when they register with the scheme. Only youth support workers who are Tier 2 trained can give out a C-Card and initiate the scheme.
