Worcestershire Registration Service are pleased to be able to offer customers the opportunity to order and pay for certificates online. For those who would prefer not to use this facility then there is the opportunity to download the necessary application forms for copies of Birth, Death, Civil Partnerships and Marriage Certificates for events which have occured in Worcestershire.

Registration Service

Members of the public are now able to attend any of our offices in the county to make a registration by making an appointment. Please phone 0845 603 2859

For example:- a birth that occurred at the Worcestershire Royal Hospital may be registered with the Registrar at the hospital or our offices at Bromsgrove, Evesham, Kidderminster, Malvern Redditch or at the Register Office at County Hall. Registrations can also be taken at Pershore, Droitwich and Tenbury.
