The 12th Citizens' Panel survey was themed around 'Have you heard about...?' and was an opportunity not only for us to tell panel members about the projects and developments that the County Council were involved in at the time but also to find out what respondents thought about these developments.
The questionnaire started with a section on the Worcestershire Hub, which is an innovative project which aims to improve access to services for the people of Worcestershire. The survey then moved on to ask a few questions about the new Worcester Library and History Centre, this is a joint project taking place between Worcestershire County Council (comprising Worcester City Library, County Record Office and Historic Environment and Archaeology Service), the University of Worcester and Worcester City Council. The last section of the survey is about people's view of Worcestershire County Council and the services we offer.
The survey period ran from 4th November to 5th December 2005.
