Leisure and recreation


Many hobbies and pursuits can be continued or adapted satisfactorily, and there is a vast amount of information available on leisure, sport and the arts.  There are a growing number of organisations that have both specialist information and resources for people of all ages.

Holidays


There are a wide range of specialist travel/holiday providers who cater for groups or lone travellers who may require some assistance. These organisations can advise people of all ages on travel both in the U.K. and abroad. For more information please see the contacts leaflet.

Many companies and organisations offer additional services to access special features for people with a disability.
