Worcestershire County Council Resource Centres - Intermediate care services for people over the age of 60.
As an indication of our high standard of care, these centres were awarded ‘The Chartermark’ in recognition of excellent service. These units employ a professional and experienced staff group from Health and Social Care.
If you think our resource centres may benefit you or someone you know, your first step is to contact adult social care and ask for an assessment.
Resource centres offer different levels of care to match the needs of different people.
We manage three Resource centres for older people:
The Grange |
Timberdine |
Howbury House |
