This document will show how Worcestershire Social Care Services, together with other organizations, plan to use its money to commission services to support carers.  

Commissioning is simply the way in which services are shaped and developed.

This strategy is therefore a framework that will give a clear indication of the services that are needed to support carers.  It will also show how existing services will be increased, changed. reduced or new services implemented to meet the needs of carers
