Set up by Herefordshire and Worcestershire Council's to link funding with care training. ACT can aid smaller providers t meet the National Minimum Data Set Social Care Regulations, providing funding for staff training to minimum NVQ standards.

Worcestershire County Council's Adult and Community Services training team are offering basic awareness training sessions on adult abuse. These half day sessions are mainly on a monthly basis and take place at the Tolladine Training Centre in Worcester. The training is comprehensive and well delivered.
Attendance is free but those who fail to attend a place may face a fine.
