Who provides Telecare in Worcestershire

Worcestershire County Council provides Telecare through Adult and Community Services, Sensory Impairment and Telecare Team.

Telecare equipment is delivered and installed in people's homes by one of four county community alarm providers depending on where you live. These Telecare providers also run the Monitoring and Reponse Centres.

• Worcestershire Telecare Malvern Hills, Worcester and Wychavon District Councils
• Wyre Forest Community Housing

For people who are not eligible for the County Council Telecare Service, they can still arrange to receive telecare directly from these providers by making their own arrangements
