This interim joint strategy says how Worcestershire County Council, Adult & Community Services and Worcestershire Primary care Trust plans to use its money to commission services for people with a physical disability or sensory impairment. Its main focus is on the changes that are being planned. It looks at how new services can be developed, and how existing services should be changed.
