The 1st Worcester City Citizens' Panel Survey was themed around Worcester City Council's five key priorities. The five key priorities are:

• Clean, green and safe
• Tourism and riverside regeneration
• Economic development and transportation
• Customer focus
• Financial prudence and value for money

The questionnaire started with a section on quality of life and then went on to cover the five key priorities in greater depth. Finally, the survey ended with some questions about the Worcester library and history centre, this is a project being undertaken by Worcestershire County Council, Worcester City Council and The University of Worcester. The library and history centre is due to be completed in 2010 and the results from this survey are being taken into consideration when planning the new building.
