Heidi McIntosh is Acting as Corporate Information Manager and can be contacted on 01905 728762.

As Electronic Records Manager:

  • Giving advice both to County Council employees and external bodies on the management of their electronic records.
  • Looking after the Corporate Information Management Unit, alongside the Corporate Information Manager.
  • Providing a link with the Record Office by looking at long-term preservation of electronic records, to make sure that they are available for future generations.
  • Overseeing internal and external communication from CIMU
  • Supervision of the Electronic Content Management system controlling the paper files
  • Training Council staff in records management at all levels of the organisation, and linking with IT professionals to achieve best practice

  • Dealing with Council Data Protection requests
  • Advising and assisting Council staff on Freedom of Information requests
  • Training Council staff in information legislation.
