He returned to the hospital on 8th June 2007 for an operation for a previously undiagnosed fracture to left neck of femur. Prior to admission on 08/06/07 he had contracted Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus Aureus. Mr Holt was discharged from hospital but the wound became infected, which resulted in the deceased being re-admitted to Worcestershire Royal Hospital where he died on 29th August 2007.}	6& 7.05.08	On 15^{th May 2007 Mr Ernest Raymond Holt was admitted to Worcestershire Royal Hospital where he suffered two falls.
