Nomination for a UK National Honour

Honours are given to people from all walks of life and all sections of society who have made a difference to their community. Anyone can make a nomination by obtaining a nomination form either by telephoning the Ceremonial Secretariat on (020) 7276 2777 or by writing to the Ceremonial Secretariat, Cabinet Office, 35 Great Smith Street, London, SW1P 3BQ.

Lists of those awarded an Honour are published on New Year’s Day and on The Queen’s official birthday in June.
