our aim: The Supporting People programme seeks to support vulnerable citizens to achieve/maintain independant living, by the provision of low level housing related support. We work in partnership with the district councils, government agencies and service providers to provide good quality care within a value for money framework.
Outcomes The quality of data produced by the Worcester Model of collection is proving to be excellent. We now have concrete evidence of how wonderful our services really are! The added bonus is that our providers are now well placed to access other sources of funding. We wish them all well.
