What do I get with a My Services account?

The My Services area provides you with a central login and password for use across all Worcestershire Hub Online web sites, it allows you to buy/pay for our Products & Services Online and also provides useful information about your local area such as your;

  • Local authority web site home page
  • Local authority A to Z of Services listing
  • Local authority search page
  • County Councillor(s)
  • District Councillor(s)

By using your stored postcode, we are also able to show you your nearest Customer Service Centre Address, Telephone Number, Fax Number, Map & Directions as well as your nearest:

  • Dentist
  • NHS Dentist
  • Rubbish Tip
  • Recycling Centre
  • Police Station
  • Library
  • Leisure Centre
  • Customer Centre
  • Doctors Surgery
  • NHS Doctor

Why do I need a My Services account?

My Services is designed to provide a central login (username and password) for the web sites currently inside the Worcestershire Hub Online  (Worcestershire, Wychavon, Malvern Hills, Redditch and Bromsgrove).

Note that wherever you see the "My Services" name, you can use your My Services login and password to access a particular service with your saved credentials. You are also required to have a My Services account to pay for our Products & Services Online.

We're also planning to reconfigure other online services that use a different username and password within this web site (such as Jobs Online, Public Consultation, e-Tendering, e-Shop Service Requests etc) to use your My Services login instead. This will enable you to login ONCE and access all services in the same way.

How can I get a My Services account?

To get a My Services account, please sign up using the My Services Registration Page.

What about News Feeds?

There is now one central news feed for the entire Worcestershire Website, which replaces all the previous news feeds that were scattered throughout the site.

Any modern browser, such as Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer 7 should pick up the news feed automatically, at which point you can add it to your news feeds.
