Malvern Hills District Council and the Registered Social Landlords who work in the District are using a Common Housing Waiting List.
The organisations who share information about people who join the list are:
Housing Associations are non-profit making organisations who offer low cost housing for rent and sale. They provide and manage rented homes throughout the District.
The Council and the Housing Associations are committed to ensuring their customers are treated fairly and equally.
The Common Waiting List means it is now easier for you to apply for housing! This is because you only need to fill in one form to apply to all 8 landlords.

From September 2008, there will be a new way to apply for housing.
We shall be using a scheme called 'Home Choice Plus' which allows you to bid on properties in the local area, and the surrounding districts

If you are already on the Housing Register, you will not need to re-apply.
You will receive a letter in the near future that explains the change in more detail.
