How we communicate with residents is important to us. We use our publications to tell customers where their money goes and about the services we provide.
Our Communications Team also liaises with the media. Local newspapers are one of the top ways residents get their information about how their Council works for them, so we send out a number of press releases each month, which get picked up and covered by newspapers, radio and even TV. The Communications Team also acts as the first point of call for journalists and will deal with media enquiries on a day to day basis.
For more information about what the Communication Team does, or to make suggestions as to how Malvern Hills District Council can improve its communication, please contact the Communications Officer, Libby Galton on 01684 862333
