Upton-upon-Severn Customer Service Centre
"People like us serving people like you" in Upton-upon-Severn and the surrounding rural areas.
To increase our ability to deal with our customer enquiries, customer services have recently engaged in a project with the Library Services and West Mercia Police to provide a one-stop centre for council related enquiries within Upton-upon-Severn.
This partnership is known as the Worcestershire Hub
Our priority is to provide a single point of contact where any council related enquiry can be dealt with, whether it is related to the County Council or District Council.
