Current Performance

We monitor our performance on a regular basis, using the results to focus on areas for improvement.

Altogether, we have over 200 performance indicators which are monitored either monthly, quarterly or annually. Many of them are required by central government, but a lot more of them have been agreed locally because they help us to provide better services.
