How are we doing?

Performance matters at Malvern Hills District Council. We carefully monitor our performance throughout the year, so that we can see where we need to make improvements to our services.

Current Performance - In this section you will find information on how we are doing in key areas of the Council at the moment. These figures are also compared against other Councils.

Best Value Reviews - In this section you will find recent Best Value Reviews. These reviews are thorough checks of services to make sure that they are good value for money, and that they are working in the best way possible.

CPA and Other Inspections - This section covers the Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA) and inspections by the Audit Commission.

Council Plan - Every year the Council prepares a plan for the next few years based on past achievements and future actions. It covers the full range of activities and of services provided by the Council.

Priorities for Improvement - In this section you will find details about the Council's six priorities. There is performance information covering the last two years and targets for the next two years for each priority. It also shows what the council has achieved this year for each priority and future plans.
