Accommodation Booking Services

Each Tourist Information Centre (TIC) offers a booking service for accommodation that has been independently inspected to give you assurance of the standard of service you can expect.

Our booking service is at no net cost to yourself - a non-refundable deposit will be taken on confirmation of the booking, but this is then deducted from your final bill. This can easily save you time and money on your telephone bill, particularly during popular times of the year. Bookings may be made in advance or by calling in to one of the TICs on arrival. The deposit can be paid by credit card or cheque if being organised by phone or by email.

Local
Our local accommodation in the area around the Malvern Hills, including serviced, self catering and caravan and camping, has been inspected for your assurance and a guide produced to help you with your selection. Guides are available free of charge from any of our TICs or by ordering online. Reservations can be made either in advance or on arrival where the TIC will match your requirements to the accommodation available.

National
Planning to go away or move on to a different area? By calling in to the TIC you can link up with the local TIC for that area and make all your reservations based upon their local knowledge and experience. Please note, some areas will not accept bookings more than 48 hours in advance and may charge a booking fee
