We are committed to improving opportunities for engaging residents in the arts across the district, in particular working with rural communities and young people. Existing activities will be supported, especially those that encourage and allow participants to explore their creativity and enhance their quality of life and well -being, engaging them in life long learning - in particular working with artists.
Partnership working will enable us to support activities and initiatives that offer a quality experience for the audience, participants and artists and the work that we will deliver and support will reflect and celebrate the diversity of the district.
The dedicated arts programme will be delivered by Manda Graham the districts inaugural Arts Development Officer who will work closely with partners such as the Worcestershire Sub Regional Arts Partnership. 2007-08 Action Plan |
