Citizens Advice Bureau

Malvern Hills District CAB provides a generalist advice service for residents who live across the district. Using the Citizens Advice service's unique information system they offer free, confidential, impartial and independent advice and information on a wide range of subjects.

Their advice helps people resolve their debt, benefits, housing, legal, discrimination, employment, immigration, consumer and other problems and is available to everyone regardless of race, gender, sexuality, age, nationality, disability or religion.

Community Action

Community Action Malvern & District is a registered charity which operates a number of services for local people and voluntary and community organisations in the area.

Such services included a special car service for disabled and elderly residents and a special door to door minibus which helps the elderly and disabled get into towns easily. On top of that Community Action also provides a wide range of information resources for volunteers.
