Loo of the Year Awards

Each year Malvern Hills District Council enters all it's public conveniences into the 'Loo of the Year' awards scheme.

This gives an independent assessment of each facility judged by a set of criteria applied nation wide throughout the United Kingdom. The assessment is always unannounced, therefore the judging reflects a fair and honest 'snap shot' of the condition of each facility at the time.

Each facility is awarded a number of 'stars' - 5 Stars being the Highest and 1 Star being the lowest.

Results for 2011 assessment:

Malvern

  • Grange Road = 4 Stars
  • Edith Walk = 3 Stars
  • Worcester Road = 5 Stars
  • Barnards Green = 4 Stars

Upton Upon Severn

  • Hanley Road = 4 Stars
  • High Street = 3 Stars

Tenbury

  • Market Street = 5 Stars
  • Teme Street = 3 Stars
