Our Service Standards and Performance
The Council has many perfomance indicators and service standards
against which we judge the quality of our service. The
following section include links to the main service standards and
performance indicators for Planning Services. This includes
our Customer Charters which set out what we do and how we measure
ourselves, the Annual Monitoring Report and monthly assessement of
our performance.
Our Customer Charters
Annual Monitoring Report (AMR)
The purpose of the Annual Monitoring
Report is to report progress on the Local Development
Framework (LDF) against the timetable and milestones set out in the
Local Development Scheme (LDS) and to assess the extent to which
Local Development Documents and their policies are being
implemented.
