Procedure for carrying out a personal search
- Information to carry out your own personal searches of the
Local Land Charges Register is now
available on-line.
- The register is available on a map and is backed up by the
archived files, the map holds the most current information but we
recommend you consult both.
- Planning, building control and other registers of information
are also available. Please see the registers
list to find out where to get hold of information although
links to some of these are provided in the Search the Register
page.
- If you have any problems with the system please email land.charges@malvernhills.gov.uk
- Queries relating to data returned from the system should be
directed to the originating department.
- For Con29 information which does not also appear on the Local
Land Charges Register (such as Planning Contravention Notices
and Breach of Conditions Notices) please contact the department
concerned directly.
- For Highways information please contact Worcestershire County
Council.
