The Concept Statement was adopted by Planning Committe on 1st
August 2006. The SPD expands on the Malvern Hills District Adopted
Local Plan, July 2006, Policy DS5 (10)
It sets out the Environmental Assets and Development principles
for the Malvern Community Hospital Site - Landsdowne Crescent. It
is intended that this document and particularly the development
principles embodied within it will form the basis for assessing
subsequent detailed development proposals, when they come
forward
