Prize Draw
- Sport England's Sportivate initiative focusses
on increasing the number of 14-25 year olds who regularly take part
in sport and physical activity.
- To increase the chances of individuals carrying on
participation after trying out a new activity for the first
time. Sport England believe that it is important to take part in at
least 5 out of the first 6 sessions.
- An individual completing a minimum of 5 out of 6, 6
out of 7 or 7 out of 8 sessions within activity is classed
as retained
Entry Criteria
All participants will be automatically entered into the
prize draw when:-
1) A participant registration form is completed fully
2) A participant is classed as retained (see
above)
Date of
the Draw
Sportivate is a 4 year initiative, with activities being
delivered within an 12 month annual delivery plan. Each annual
plan runs from 1st April to 31st March.
At the end of each years delivery, all participants who meet the
entry criteria (see above) will be entered into the prize draw.
The draw will be made within 6 weeks of the conclusion to the
annual delivery plan.
Prizes
The winner (the first name drawn at random), will have the
option to select one of the following prizes:
1) a Nintendo Wii with Wii Fit
2) an Xbox Connect
3) 6 months free membership at a local leisure centre of their
choice.
