Priory Lodge Hall, Avenue Road, Malvern
Priory Lodge Hall is located adjacent to The Council
House.
If you are looking for that special venue for your meetings and
training events, then look no further than Priory Lodge Hall.
Set in the grounds of the Council House adjacent to Priory Park, is
this the ideal location you've been looking for? Make use of
the park and incorporate outdoor activities, such as team
building.
Priory Lodge Hall can accommodate up to 80 seated and has
disabled access as well as toilet facilities. The layout can
be arranged to your own requirements; board room, theatre, cafe
etc. The kitchen has hot and cold filtered water
dispensers. There are multi-media projectors with screens, an
amplification system and other equipment, such as whiteboards,
flipcharts, floor standing presentation boards, which can be hired
with the Hall at no extra cost.
Elgar Room, The Council House, Avenue Road Malvern 
Located within the Council House this is an excellent venue for
your smaller meetings. The Elgar room can accommodate up to
50 seated in Theatre style, has disabled access as well as toilet
facilities. The layout can be arranged to suit your
requirements in the four different styles as below.
- Cafe 3 seating for 14
- Cafe 4 seating for 16
- Open Square seating for 20
- Theatre seating for 50
In addition we are able to supply multimedia projector, screen,
wipeboard and or flipcharts.
Morgan Room, The Council House, Avenue Road, Malvern
Located within the Council House this is an excellent venue for
smaller more personnal meetings. The Morgan room can
accommodate up to 16 seated Theatre style, has disabled access as
well as toilet facilities. The layout can be arranged to
either Theatre or Boardroom style.
In addition we are able to supply smart board, wipeboard
and or flipcharts.
Charges (for the above rooms) for 2012;
£35 per hour up to 3 hours - £125 thereafter for the day;
discounts may apply for block bookings. Refreshments
(tea/coffee) are charged at £1 per head.
