The Employment and Enterprise Unit at Worcester College of Technology Unit offers high quality training provision to meet the needs of organisations of all sizes. The Unit offers a range of training programmes from half-day workshops up to a full year, on a part-time or full time basis, according to client needs. The workshops cover such topics as Customer Service, Marketing and Health and Safety. The longer courses offer training in such areas as team leadership and management leading to a certificate by the relevant Institute.
