Malvern Hills Science Park
Thanks to a combined initiative from Malvern Hills District
Council, Worcestershire County Council, the Herefordshire and
Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce, Advantage West Midlands and the
Districts' largest employer QinetiQ, a new purpose built facility -
the Innovation Centre at the Malvern Hills Science Park - opened
for business in October 1999.
Businesses who would like to work with or who are already
working with QinetiQ on future technologies, businesses in
QinetiQ's supply chain and new companies that spring out of QinetiQ
now have the opportunity to locate in this prime managed workspace
facility. The attractive tenancy arrangements have been designed to
foster growth and a full range of supporting services are available
from the Chamber of Commerce. Business Units are available from 474
sq ft and are available immediately.
Phrase 2, the Innovation Centre is also fully occupied ahead of
schedule. The MHSP Partnership is already planning for the next
phases of expansion on site. MHSP is currently home for 180
employees and of the 20 businesses at the Park, 2 are new business
start-ups
