Unoccupied Properties
We have some discretion to vary the level of discount applied to
unoccupied properties. The following levels of discount will apply
for the 2011/2012 financial year:
- Furnished properties which are no-ones main residence – 10%
discount.
- Unfurnished properties following the relevant period of
exemption - no discount. (following any relevant period of
exemption)
